History

From 1978 to 2006 the PEI Region of the Canadian Red Cross organized the “Red Cross Relay” with the help of many volunteers. In 2007 a team of volunteers took over organization of the event under the new title “Red Island Relay”.  In 2011 the reins were passed once again to Cycling PEI.

   Is there a Jr Div thos year ? Age limit ?

     Yes. Participants must be under 18. The hope is to get some inter-high-school competition going as there is also a top fundraising high school trophy.
